1、銷售管理職位,負責其功能領域內主要目標和計劃;

2、制定、參與或協助上層執行相關的政策和制度;

3、負責部門的日常管理工作及部門員工的管理、指導、培訓及評估;

4、負責組織的銷售運作,包括計劃、組織、進度控制和檢討;

5、協助銷售總監設置銷售目標、銷售模式、銷售戰略、銷售預算和獎勵計劃;

6、建立和管理銷售隊伍,完成銷售目標;

7、從銷售和客戶需求的角度,對產品的研發提供指導性建議。

任職資格:

1、專科及以上學歷,市場營銷等相關專業;

2、5年以上銷售行業工作經驗,有銷售管理工作經歷者優先;

3、具有豐富的客戶資源和客戶關系,業績優秀;

4、具備較強的市場分析、營銷、推廣能力和良好的人際溝通、協調能力,分析和解決問題的能力;

5、有較強的事業心,具備一定的領導能力,能適應經常出差;

6、從事過大型自動化設備或激光設備工作經驗優先,會日語者優先;
