崗位職責(zé):

A.將經(jīng)理下達(dá)的各項任務(wù)分配給專業(yè)領(lǐng)班,監(jiān)督維修人員嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行操作規(guī)程,負(fù)責(zé)管轄下屬各個班組的統(tǒng)一指揮、管理,橫向與信息技術(shù)主管聯(lián)系。

B.安排組織本專業(yè)人員實施月度、季度、年度維修保養(yǎng)計劃,并做好全面記錄。

C.協(xié)同其他專業(yè)完成規(guī)模較大的維修工作,協(xié)助完成應(yīng)急和日常維修任務(wù)。

D.督導(dǎo)本專業(yè)人員遵守各項規(guī)章制度,努力學(xué)習(xí)本專業(yè)技術(shù)業(yè)務(wù)知識。

E.熟悉本專業(yè)管理范圍內(nèi)設(shè)備性能運轉(zhuǎn)情況和有關(guān)技術(shù)資料,保證各種設(shè)備處于良好的工作狀態(tài)。

F.努力改善設(shè)備的使用狀態(tài),充分發(fā)揮維修人員的積極性和創(chuàng)造性。

G.每月最后一星期向工程部上交下月計劃和本月總結(jié)。
