YOURKEYRESPONSIBILITIES

1.SetstandardoftechnicalrequirementsforDecathlonandourindustrialdomainrespectively.

2.ImplementandmaintaintheDecathlonproductspecificationinoursupplierandevaluatetheprocessbaseonDecathlonproductionrequirement.

3.?Co-workwithProductEngineer,ProductionteamsandManufacturingsupplierstooptimizeproductionsolutionsandensurethesustainableincreaseofproductivitywiththestablequalityofproducts.

4.Ensurethatmanufacturingprocessonoursuppliersideisstable,feasibleandgainhighestmargin.

5.BuildandmanageProductionControlPlanofourperimeter(process/product/supplier).

6.Focusinoverallcapacityplanning,manufacturingprocessscalabilityandoverallbringupplanofmultiplefactorysitesthatincludesfactoryspace,workforceplanning,trainingandproductionlinesqualifications.

7.Ensuretheproductscanbesuccessfullydevelopedandduplicatedindifferentsupplierswithstablequalityandproductivity.

8.Checktheefficiencyofaproductionlinetooptimizethecostanddecreaseleadtime.
