關(guān)卡設(shè)計(jì)策劃崗位職責(zé)

崗位職責(zé):

1.負(fù)責(zé)戰(zhàn)棋類游戲關(guān)卡的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

2.擴(kuò)展、優(yōu)化關(guān)卡玩法

3.根據(jù)需求完成游戲內(nèi)其他新系統(tǒng)新玩法的設(shè)計(jì),編寫策劃案并完成跟進(jìn)、驗(yàn)收等工作

崗位要求:

1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,兩年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)

2.對(duì)戰(zhàn)棋類游戲有深刻理解,熟悉市面上主流戰(zhàn)棋類游戲的系統(tǒng)及玩法

3.思路活躍,有能力獨(dú)立設(shè)計(jì)出可玩性高的關(guān)卡

4.善于學(xué)習(xí)和溝通,能與他人協(xié)同合作完成整個(gè)關(guān)卡的制作

5.工作積極主動(dòng),有奉獻(xiàn)精神,心理承受能力強(qiáng),能適應(yīng)較大的工作壓力

6.了解ACG主流文化,熟悉該類游戲及對(duì)應(yīng)玩家群體心理

7.對(duì)游戲數(shù)值敏感,關(guān)卡設(shè)計(jì)中可針對(duì)不同數(shù)值模型做出對(duì)應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)
