信貸數(shù)據(jù)分析崗位職責(zé)
職責(zé)描述:
工作職責(zé):
1、根據(jù)銀行、支付機構(gòu)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融等行業(yè)客戶對大數(shù)據(jù)的需求,基于公司現(xiàn)有的數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)資源平臺,進行針對性數(shù)據(jù)分析;
2、深入理解內(nèi)部與外部各種數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu),并結(jié)合專業(yè)的建模工具和手段進行清洗、分析、建模,完成數(shù)據(jù)的產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)化設(shè)計;
3、協(xié)助運營和市場人員分析產(chǎn)品運營數(shù)據(jù),從商業(yè)角度、客戶角度尋找數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品的問題或機會點,并持續(xù)優(yōu)化,提升公司業(yè)績。
任職資格:
1、本科學(xué)歷,統(tǒng)計學(xué)、計算機相關(guān)專業(yè);5-8年數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計和大數(shù)據(jù)行業(yè)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,有咨詢公司經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先;
2、熟悉大數(shù)據(jù)或者互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融風(fēng)控、營銷產(chǎn)品整體實現(xiàn)過程,包括需求分析,方案設(shè)計,項目管理,產(chǎn)品發(fā)布;
3、掌握主流數(shù)據(jù)分析及建模的方法工具,了解數(shù)據(jù)分析、可視化和產(chǎn)品化的發(fā)展趨勢。
要求:SAS熟練,做過評分卡A卡,B卡和C卡做過其中一種。

銷售數(shù)據(jù)分析崗位職責(zé):
1.按產(chǎn)品品類劃分,市場調(diào)查分析,尋找熱銷產(chǎn)品,進行數(shù)據(jù)分析及深度開發(fā)。
2.追蹤、搜集、分析、匯總及考察評估新產(chǎn)品的信息。
3.清晰并了解管理的產(chǎn)品線利潤、庫存及銷售相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),核算成本,控制新產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量風(fēng)險。
4.根據(jù)銷售部提供的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)進行合理有效評估,并合理安排采購。
5.與項目負責(zé)人、銷售、客服定期研討產(chǎn)品問題,提出解決方案。
6.產(chǎn)品管理、銷售及新品培訓(xùn)相關(guān)事務(wù)。
崗位要求:
1.熟悉Excel表操作,對統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)敏感,能夠挖掘數(shù)據(jù)重點。
2.熱愛互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、電子商務(wù)行業(yè),善于發(fā)現(xiàn)、分析并解決問題,創(chuàng)新能力強。
