?Followupthedisputecaseswithresponsibledepartmentandperson.Ensureitcanbesolvedtimely.

?Creditholdrelatedfunctiondailyhandle-up.

?Followupwith3rdpartyagencyforseriousoverdueaccounts.

?Keeprecordsofallcorrespondencewithcustomeronoverdueitemstoensurethatevidenceofactiontakenisalwaysavailable.

?Payavisit&makenegotiationwithclientsifnecessary.

?DoingARrelatedreport&assistancetoCCmanagerforARissues.

?Makeproposal&giveadvicetostreamlinethecurrentcreditcontrol&collectionprocessifany.
