工藝質(zhì)量主管崗位

篇2:安監(jiān)質(zhì)量信息主管安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制

第1條在安監(jiān)科長的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下,對安全信息管理工作和有關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)保安工作全面負(fù)責(zé)。

第2條監(jiān)督有關(guān)人員做好上傳下達(dá)、下情上報工作、文件資料的收發(fā)、“三違”和隱患的登記、“三定”整改和對單位及個人罰款的業(yè)務(wù)工作,記錄準(zhǔn)確可靠,有據(jù)可查。

第3條監(jiān)督本部門接到事故匯報時,按要求通知有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),盡快搞清事故程度,經(jīng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同意以后,及時匯報上級調(diào)度,并參加事故的追查分析和處理工作。

第4條負(fù)責(zé)抓好安監(jiān)調(diào)度指揮工作,掌握全礦安全生產(chǎn)動態(tài),對重大的安全隱患及時匯報科值班領(lǐng)導(dǎo),及時、準(zhǔn)確、可靠向上級調(diào)度匯報安全生產(chǎn)情況。

第5條組織信息工作人員,做好信息的收集、整理、篩選、匯總和反饋工作,對隱患要進(jìn)行“三定”,對嚴(yán)重隱患要下隱患整改通知書或停產(chǎn)整頓通知書,限期解決。

第6條督導(dǎo)本部門加強安全信息網(wǎng)管理工作,及時準(zhǔn)確發(fā)布各種信息,分析研究安全信息工作,根據(jù)實際情況,采取相應(yīng)措施,保證安全信息工作安全運行。

第7條參加安全例會,監(jiān)督檢查會議提出問題的整改情況。

第8條深入井下現(xiàn)場,參加安全大檢查、安全管理及質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化檢查以及危險源評價等活動。

第9條組織本部門積極參加質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化創(chuàng)建活動,保質(zhì)保量完成各項任務(wù)。

第10條負(fù)責(zé)安全質(zhì)量工資考核管理,及時準(zhǔn)確完成各類信息數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計、建檔和上報工作。

篇3:質(zhì)量檢驗部綜合科主管崗位安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制

第一條負(fù)責(zé)組織本科室學(xué)習(xí)、貫徹、落實國家、省、市、行業(yè)以及集團(tuán)公司、市公司、煤業(yè)公司有關(guān)安全生產(chǎn)的法律、法規(guī)、規(guī)章、制度以及有關(guān)文件、會議精神。

第二條全面負(fù)責(zé)本科室安全生產(chǎn)工作。

第三條每月按期召開本科室安全工作例會,傳達(dá)上級有關(guān)安全工作安排,部署本科室安全工作。

第四條每月定期組織本科室安全檢查,確保安全生產(chǎn)。

第五條負(fù)責(zé)本科室綜合治理工作,做好防火、防盜等其他安全工作。

第六條具體負(fù)責(zé)定期組織對礦井質(zhì)量檢驗部門進(jìn)行安全檢查。

第七條具體負(fù)責(zé)定期組織對礦井選煤廠進(jìn)行安全檢查。
