GoodPCskills.崗位職責(zé)及任職資格B工作職責(zé):

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES:(符合SMART原則:具體、可量化、關(guān)聯(lián)性、可操作性、有時(shí)間點(diǎn))

1)負(fù)責(zé)潛在供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量評(píng)審,根據(jù)公司質(zhì)量體系要求完成審核報(bào)告,對(duì)不符合公司質(zhì)量要求的潛在供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行輔導(dǎo)和提升;

2)新供應(yīng)商開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中貫徹公司的質(zhì)量要求,使供應(yīng)商能夠清楚理解公司的質(zhì)量要求和流程;

3)負(fù)責(zé)新項(xiàng)目定點(diǎn)過(guò)程中供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量審核和質(zhì)量評(píng)估,參加新項(xiàng)目定點(diǎn)會(huì)議;

4)新項(xiàng)目定點(diǎn)后,向供應(yīng)商明確項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量和時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)要求,根據(jù)項(xiàng)目需要對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)審核,協(xié)同供應(yīng)商解決項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)中的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題,通過(guò)與供應(yīng)商和內(nèi)部團(tuán)隊(duì)的有效合作,確保樣件質(zhì)量達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求;

5)跟蹤樣件的試裝過(guò)程,完成對(duì)新項(xiàng)目的PPAP審核和認(rèn)可,將項(xiàng)目前期開(kāi)發(fā)中的質(zhì)量管控要點(diǎn)形成文件傳達(dá)給量產(chǎn)質(zhì)量工程師

6)負(fù)責(zé)編制或維護(hù)與供應(yīng)商相關(guān)質(zhì)量管理體系流程或來(lái)料檢驗(yàn)文件,并確保文件規(guī)定與實(shí)際操作一致;

7)每月對(duì)供貨質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控;對(duì)于異常情況需要組織相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行分析,并制定改進(jìn)行動(dòng),同時(shí)跟蹤改進(jìn)行動(dòng)的落實(shí)狀態(tài)與效果;

8)編制供應(yīng)商年度審核計(jì)劃,并按照計(jì)劃嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行,對(duì)不符合項(xiàng)制定相應(yīng)的矯正措施

9)導(dǎo)入供應(yīng)商“requalificationverification”,制定供應(yīng)商重新認(rèn)證計(jì)劃并執(zhí)行

10)對(duì)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量問(wèn)題按照不合格處理流程嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行,當(dāng)發(fā)生供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量問(wèn)題時(shí),能夠快速響應(yīng)并組織供應(yīng)商完成8D報(bào)告,負(fù)責(zé)驗(yàn)證并關(guān)閉8D。

11)完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交付的其他工作;

任職資格:POSITION’SPROFILE:

學(xué)歷EDUCATION本科及以上

專(zhuān)業(yè)MAJOR電子、機(jī)械工程等相關(guān)理工科專(zhuān)業(yè)機(jī)械工程

資格證書(shū)QUALIFICATION質(zhì)量相關(guān)

工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)EXPERIENCE

汽車(chē)行業(yè)至少5年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),3年以上質(zhì)量管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)熟悉類(lèi)似產(chǎn)品(線束或電子產(chǎn)品)的質(zhì)量要求

知識(shí)要求RELATEDKNOWLEDGE

1.能夠看懂工程圖紙、相關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范;

2.熟悉并能熟練應(yīng)用汽車(chē)行業(yè)五大手冊(cè)(APQP&CP,PPAP,MSA,SPC,FMEA);

3.熟悉汽車(chē)行業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理體系ISO/TS******,VDA6.3等;

4.熟悉并能熟練應(yīng)用問(wèn)題分析解決的工具,如8D,5-Why,魚(yú)骨圖,DOE,Prato等;

5.了解國(guó)內(nèi)主要主機(jī)廠(如SVW、SGM)對(duì)供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量要求在汽車(chē)行業(yè)五大手冊(cè)與問(wèn)題分析解決的工具方面能夠達(dá)到培訓(xùn)師的水平;了解6Sigma,并且有實(shí)際應(yīng)用經(jīng)歷;

技能要求SKILLKNOWLEDGE

1.能夠熟練使用MicrosoftWord,Excel,PowerPoint,Outlook辦公軟件;

2.良好的普通話與英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力;

3.電腦操作能力能夠達(dá)到國(guó)家二級(jí)水平;

4.能夠熟練使用數(shù)碼相機(jī);

5.能夠正確使用一些通用的計(jì)量器具,如游標(biāo)卡尺,千分尺,投影儀等;

6.具備體系、過(guò)程、產(chǎn)品審核技能;掌握并能夠熟練使用Minitab數(shù)據(jù)分析軟件
