經銷商渠道主管崗位職責
職責描述:
1.分解所管轄區域銷售目標,預算費用;
2.制定銷售計劃,促銷活動計劃,監督執行情況,活動效果;
3.管理所負責經銷商,保持順暢溝通,有效傳達渠道政策,及時解決一線的問題;
4.持續推進進場進度,完成年度目標進場門店數;
5.對重點經銷商深入了解其運作,追蹤跟進;
6.跟蹤銷量,控制預算使用,確保使用合理性,及時優化分配;
7.追蹤異常數據,對在計劃執行中出現的問題及時提供解決方案;
8.定期走訪市場,了解終端市場行情,調研競品信息,調整優化執行方式;
9.完成上級布置的其他工作。
任職要求:
1.本科或以上學歷畢業;
2.3年以上快消行業經銷商渠道銷售經驗;
3.有口腔護理行業經驗優先;
4.有較強的溝通能力、數據分析能力;有基本的英語能力;
5.積極樂觀,擁抱變化。
