PRINCIPLEACCOUNTABILITIES主要責任
Wearelookingforapersonwhoisastrongcommunicatoratalllevels(factoryoperatortoexecutive)tobuildstrongrelationshipswithhighqualitysuppliers.Thesupplierswillbelocatedglobally.Thispersonwillworkwithexistingsupplierstoimprovethequalityoftheirproduct/processes.WearelookingforatextileengineerwhocanworkwithStevenZhou(SQE)andJohnBrowne(StrategicPurchasing)inCBtomanagerelationshipsinNorthAmerica,Europe,AustraliaandChina.Travelandglobalcommunicationiskey.ThetypesofsupplierswillbefabricsaswellasotherssuchaselectroniccompaniesgivenourcurrentsupplierbaseinAsiainconjunctionwithothermembersoftheSQEteam.ThepercentageoftimespentonfabricsupplierswillincreaseasourfabricsupplierbaseinAsiagrows.
?Responsibleforplanningandexecutionofsupplieraudits,assessments,andsupplierperformancemeasurements.
?Trackingofsuppliers’actionplansbasedonauditfindings.
?Manageandreviewstructuralsupplierqualityissues(CAR/8D)withsuppliersandinternalstakeholders.
?Implementimprovementactivities/projectswiththesuppliers.
?Controlsuppliers’qualityperformanceanddriveforsuppliercontinuousqualityimprovement.
?Identificationofsupplier'sgapsandestablishmentofdevelopmentplanswithfocusonmanagementsystem,quality,delivery,wastereduction,designcapabilities,productandmanufacturecontrols.
?Identifyhighriskandcriticaltoqualitysuppliers,establishqualitycontrolapproachesandsupplierdevelopmentplanswithrelevantsuppliers.Assuresupplier’sprocessprovidesoutstandingproductqualitythroughouttheproductlifecycle.
?Formulateandpreparesupplierqualityperformancereport.Presentreporttointernationalteam

一、努力學習,認真落實煤礦安全規程和各項規定和要求,牢固樹立“安全第一”思想。
二、熟悉各單位生產作業計劃,材料消耗計劃、生產勞動動態及井上下材料使用情況。
三、按照審批后的材料單做好材料的發放工作,不準超發、誤發、漏發,手續不齊不發,不合格材料不發。
四、回收舊材料要如數點好,按指定地點存放。
五、材料要分類有序擺放,做好防火、防盜、防蟲蛀、防雨淋、防腐朽工作,保證供給安全生產所需的合格材料。
六、根據礦、科要求認真做好木料收購工作,及時辦理入庫手續,及時做帳報帳,對庫存材料要心中有數。
七、模范遵守礦規礦法,努力完成各項工作任務。
