1、負責相關(guān)活動的計劃、更進以及總結(jié);相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的更進以及整理;
2、銷售相關(guān)物料的發(fā)運及追蹤;
3、為團隊的業(yè)務(wù)運作提供相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù);
4、協(xié)助上級經(jīng)理進行團隊內(nèi)部,公司相關(guān)部門的溝通;
5、協(xié)助上級經(jīng)理組織團隊活動,及其它行政事務(wù)。
職位要求:
1.大專以上學(xué)歷;大學(xué)英語4級及其以上;
2.熟悉快速消費品行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計工作;有銷售助理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,
3.優(yōu)秀的溝通與協(xié)調(diào)能力,良好抗壓能力,執(zhí)行力強;
4.熟練使用EXCEL、WORD、PPT等相關(guān)軟件。

MajorResponsibilities:
-SupporttheRegionalSteering&Financelinemanagerwithoverallsteerdealerfinancerelatedtopicsbydatacollectionandreporting.Includingin-houseconsultinginthefieldsofinvestandappraisement,examineandverifythesubmitteddealerfinancialstatus,workoutandprovideindividualfinancialdealerevaluationsandprofiles,uncoveroperationalissues,derivateandconfigureindividual/tailor-madedealersupport-andsteering-tools,consultdealersregardingbusinessre-arrangementsandre-organizations,liquidityplanninganddealersupportinIFCoperations.
-SupporttheRegionalSteering&Financelinemanagerwithregionalsteeringbydatacollectionandreporting,includingBSC,riskandcompliancemanagement,regionalstrategy,highlevelreportconsolidation.
-Organizeregionallevelworkshops&conferences.
-Closedmonitor&analysedealerrisk,sendthefeedbacktocentral.
-CentralDDinterface,supportinDealerSelection,strengtheningRetailregionlevelreview,DISSfiledworkconduction,Dealerbonus/SAcalculation,collectdealerfeedback(DAC),etc.
-Supportinothertopics,e.g.GA,legal.

Qualifications:

equivalent.
