1.按產品品類劃分,市場調查分析,尋找熱銷產品,進行數據分析及深度開發。

2.追蹤、搜集、分析、匯總及考察評估新產品的信息。

3.清晰并了解管理的產品線利潤、庫存及銷售相關數據,核算成本,控制新產品的質量風險。

4.根據銷售部提供的新產品開發進行合理有效評估,并合理安排采購。

5.與項目負責人、銷售、客服定期研討產品問題,提出解決方案。
