現(xiàn)場(chǎng)支持崗位職責(zé)

現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)支持工程師/FAE杭州中天微系統(tǒng)杭州中天微系統(tǒng)有限公司,中天微任職資格:

1.熟悉CPU編程模型,有較好的C/C++編程能力,熟悉操作系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn);

2.熟練使用AMR或其他處理器的工具鏈;

3.有較好的分析及定位能力,對(duì)于一般常見(jiàn)問(wèn)題能夠在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行定位并解決;

4.具有較強(qiáng)的溝通能力,能協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部與客戶間的溝通,及時(shí)幫客戶解決問(wèn)題;

崗位職責(zé):

1.對(duì)客戶進(jìn)行售前及售后的技術(shù)支持及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)溝通,保障客戶的項(xiàng)目成功;

2.對(duì)客戶進(jìn)行技術(shù)跟蹤,并收集客戶對(duì)公司的產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)建議;

3.承擔(dān)售前的產(chǎn)品推廣工作,并能夠?qū)ふ腋嗟目蛻魴C(jī)會(huì),促進(jìn)公司的產(chǎn)品銷售;

4.開(kāi)拓并維護(hù)良好的客戶關(guān)系,使得客戶在項(xiàng)目成功的基礎(chǔ)上,能夠繼續(xù)選擇和中天合作;

Responsibilities:

CriticalextensionofSalesbysupportingAccountManagersandRegionalSalesManagers–

EnsureDanfossproductsarebeingproperlyhandledandinstalledatthecustomer’sfactoryoratthecontractor’sjobsiteandprovidecustomerfieldsupport/troubleshootingincommissioning/service

Summarizeallfailurecasesindedicatedcustomersandpreparemonthly/annualfailureanalysisreportandsummary

ProvidetrainingtointernalFSEsandexternalOEMaftersalestechnicalsupportengineers

Ensurecriticalapplicationknowledgeobtainedinthefieldiscommunicatedbackintothefactoriestoimproveexistinganddevelopmentofnewproducts

Supportthecollectionofafulloverviewperapplicationfromtechnicalpointofviewliketrends,majorplayers,competitor’sengagements,etcincooperationwithMarketing
