螺紋磨床工安全職責(zé)

1工作前應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查機(jī)床各部分運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常,并開空車試轉(zhuǎn)2~3分鐘。

2更換砂輪時應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查砂輪是否有裂紋.裝夾砂輪時應(yīng)注意保持夾緊力均勻且無松動.裝好后應(yīng)空車試轉(zhuǎn)2~3分鐘。

3進(jìn)刀前必須保證桃形夾頭與是撥盤撥桿靠牢,防止砂輪與螺紋嚙合不好擠碎砂輪。

4開車前應(yīng)將擋板擋好,并根據(jù)工件長短調(diào)整行程限位器位置。

5工作時不準(zhǔn)站在砂輪旋轉(zhuǎn)方向的正前方.檢查工件,調(diào)整機(jī)床、更換齒輪均應(yīng)停車后進(jìn)行。

6扳手或手柄使用后必須取下或拉出來,以免隨機(jī)床旋轉(zhuǎn)飛出傷人。

5用較薄砂輪進(jìn)行側(cè)面磨削時,應(yīng)輕輕進(jìn)刀,以免砂輪破裂飛擊傷人。
