職責描述:

Handlepre-certificationofout-patient,day-patientandin-patienttreatmentsbyco-ordinatingtreatmentneedswiththebenefitsofferedintheinsuranceplan.
Liaisewithdoctorsandproviderstoobtainnecessaryandaccuratemedicalinformationwithinstipulatedtimeframe.
Employprudentcostmanagementmeasuresbycoordinatingtheprovisionofonlymedicallynecessaryandappropriatehealthservices.
Conductproactivecasemanagementoflargelossandcomplexclaimswithtimelynotificationandapprovalsasperoperatingprocedures.
Providemedicalreviewsonnatureofmedicalconditionstosupportdeliveryofservices,investigateclaimsforpossibleabuse,fraudormedicalnegligence.
DevelopmentoftheNetworkManagementstrategytodeliverfinancialsavingsviadiscountstructuresandvolumerebates.Continuallyimprovenetworkmanagementtechniquesinordertodrivedownspend.
Inconjunctionwiththemanagementteam,supportfraudcontrolmeasuresandframeworksacrosstheprovidernetwork.
任職要求:
1.本科以上學歷,醫學或法律專業優先,精通醫學英語
2.3年及以上理賠審核及錄入工作經歷,有高端醫療理賠審核經驗優先
3.工作勤懇扎實、認真負責,能承受壓力
4.客戶導向、團隊合作和良好溝通能力
5.高效的問題解決能力

篇3:項目經理（ITO）職位描述與崗位職責任職要求
職位描述：
職責描述：
1、負責組織管理相關開發團隊，完善相關產品的全線開發運營工作。
2、對接銷售部及市場部，做好相關產品的市場調研和分析工作。
3、負責相關產品的技術開發、工藝管控及工藝改良工作。
4、負責相關產品的供應商開發及管控工作。
5、負責孵化期內產品的交期管控、品質管控等工作。
6、負責相關產品線的子項目立項、評估及落地工作。
7、負責其他與產品運營相關的工作
任職要求：
1、重點大學研究生以上學歷，材料工程/陶瓷/化學等相關專業優先。個別優異候選者可適當放寬。
2、8年以上相關行業工作經驗，至少擔任過500強/上市公司/大型企業相關的工作經驗3年以上，具有帶領團隊的經驗。
3、熟悉金屬或陶瓷材料理化性能和相關制成。
4、熟悉PVD鍍膜行業，一定的產業鏈相關行業的經驗。
5、具備良好的商業思維、成本管控思維及管理思維。
6、具備良好的溝通能力、創新能力、抗壓能力及團隊領導能力。
