使用客戶指定的標準/清單進行第二方供應鏈審核，根據客戶要求生成中英文報告。檢查并糾正措施報告（CAR）。

2.Conduct3rdPartyCertificationauditforvariousGFSIrecognizedscheme,generatereportinEnglishaccordingtointernalrequirement.ReviewCorrectiveActionReport(CAR),verifyandclosecorrectiveaction.

使用GFSI認可的標準進行第三方認證審核，根據內部要求生成英文報告。檢查并糾正措施報告（CAR）

AcademicQualification:

學歷要求

1.MusthaveBachelorDegreeorhigheronFoodScienceorotherfoodrelatedmajor.

必須具有食品科學或其他食品相關專業的本科以上學歷。

ProfessionalQualification:

職能要求

1.Musthave5yearsormoreauditingexperienceatfoodindustry,withatleastthreeyears(currently)experienceworkinginCertificationBody.

必須在食品行業有5年以上的審核經驗，并且其中至少3年（包括當前工作）在認證機構工作。

2.MusthaveHACCPtraining,and/oranyother3rdpartyschemetraining.

必須有HACCP培訓和/或其他第三方培訓。

3.MusthavebeenregisteredinCCAAasaleadauditor.

必須是CCAA（中國認證認可協會）注冊審核員

4.MusthaveChinaHACCPandFSSC220003rdpartyLeadAuditorqualificationandprovidecertificate.

必須有CHINAHACCP和FSSC22000外審員資質并提供證書。

篇3:9000認證審核員崗位職責任職要求

9000認證審核員崗位職責

職責描述:

1.執行供應商質量管理工作;

2.支持采購部考察評估潛在的供應商的任職資格;

3.按照質量要求審核潛在供應商任職資格;

4.協調和管理樣品部件質量審核程序,包括DPAR,ISIR,PPAP,測試,包裝和生產過程;

5.持續提高和協調供應商不合格品的改進工作;

6.主導價值提升工作和其他的供應商發展行動;

7.監督供應商的業績,推動合適的措施;

8.按照質量和運輸要求培訓供應商(達到出色的標準);

9.支持供應商檢查各種器具及測試設備發展情況。

任職要求:

具備變速箱、EPS轉向、底盤方面,其中一項產品SQE/SDE工作亦可

1.本科以上學歷,車輛工程、機械工程專業優先;

2.汽車零部件企業5年以上供應商質量管理經驗,有變速箱、底盤制造型企業背景的優先;

3.在供應商評估和發展方面有很強的工作經驗;

4.對質量系統(QS9000/TS16949/ISO9000)根源分析的良好理解,及預防性的QE技能(FMEA、控制計劃、流程圖表、PPAP,QFD,DFM,DFA,SPC、計量學和量規R&R,GD&T);

5.ISO9001或QS9000認證審核員;
