Qualifications&Requirements(任職資格與要求):

1.BachelorDegreeorabove,majorinHumanResourceManagementorEnglishispreferred.

2.Above3yearsworkexperienceinHR,training,recruitingrelatedexperienceinmultinationalcompaniesispreferred.

3.Excellentinterpersonalskills,communicationskillandpresentationskill,Englishspeakingisrequired.

4.Downtoearth,responsiveandactionoriented.

5.Self-motivatedwithgoodteamspirit.

6.RelevantIATF16949,ISO14001regulationknowledge.

篇2:交通安全崗位HSE職責

在科長領導下,負責本單位的交通安全管理工作。

1、認真貫徹執行國家和上級主管部門有關安全生產和交通管理的方針政策、法律法規和規章制度。

2、負責各類機動車輛交通安全業務管理工作和駕駛員的安全教育、培訓工作。

3、負責制定和修改本單位交通安全管理制度和規定,并認真進行落實。

4、參加安全檢查和重大交通事故的調查、處理工作,分析事故原因,制定預防和整改措施。

5、負責組織各類機動車輛、駕駛員的年度、季度審驗、協調、監督、檢驗等工作。

6、負責協調、指導三級單位的交通事故的現場處理和善后工作;勘察處理單位內部的交通事故。

7、加強基礎工作,建立健全重大交通事故檔案和各類資料、臺帳。

8、完成領導交辦的其它任務。

篇3:壓氣站制冷崗位HSE職責

(1)必須“二證一牌”齊全后上崗,嚴格遵守HSE管理及本崗位的各項規章制度,對本崗位的安全生產負直接責任。正確穿戴和使用勞保用品,注意勞動保護。

(2)應做到“四懂三會”,嚴格執行操作規程。

(3)認真做好對各項資料參數的錄取工作,及時調節確保各項參數穩定、正常。

(4)嚴格執行標準化交接班,按時、按點巡回檢查,發現問題及時處理,并上報班長及值班干部。如因巡檢不到位出現問題,當班人員負直接安全責任。

(5)涉及設備及生產的重大事項,必須在資料本上記錄清楚。

(6)積極參加各項HSE管理活動(如安全技術練兵,事故預案演練等)。

(7)有權拒絕執行違章操作的指令,有責任對他人的違章行為加以制止。

(8)應能正確使用消防器材,負責本崗位的消防設施的保管。搞好清潔衛生,保護生態環境。
