1.禁止超負荷使用，不準許傾斜起吊荷重及做拖拉工具使用。

2.操縱人員在工作中，應隨時注意鋼絲繩在卷筒上脫槽或繞有雙層的不良情況，并及時排除。起吊時要注意檢查釣頭和起吊繩的可靠性。

3.勿使盤式制動器之制動片上沾有油垢，盤式制動器可用彈簧調整，使其制動距離在最大負荷時亦不得超過80毫米。

4.應經常檢查鋼絲繩及涂油，若斷絲和磨損達到報廢規定應進行更換。

5.應及時加油足夠的潤滑油，潤滑油應干凈，不得含有雜質和污垢。

6.行車不用時，不許把重物懸于空中，要把它停到規定的地方；吊鉤升至地面2米以上的位置，然后切斷電源。

7.有車應有專人管理，應至少在半月內全面檢查一次，發現問題及時處理。

8.要經常檢查行車電氣設備絕緣狀況和接地電阻值，以保證操作人員的安全。

篇2:行車操作安全管理制度

一、操作人員班前、班中嚴禁飲酒。操作時必須精神飽滿,精力集中。

二、操作人員在使用行車前,應進行例行檢查、發現裝置和零件不正常時,必須在使用前排除。

三、開車前,必須鳴鈴或報警。操作中行車接近人時,亦應給以斷續鈴聲。

四、非行車操作人員不準隨便進入行車駕駛室。

五、行車上有兩人工作時,事先沒有互相聯系和通知,不得擅自開動行車。

六、工作中遇到突然停電,應將所有控制器手柄板回零位,在重新工作前應檢查行車是否完好后方可使用。因停電重物懸掛半空時,操作人員應使地面人員緊急避讓。

七、在任何情況下,吊運重物不準從人的上方通過,吊臂下方不得有人。

八、操作人員進行行車維護保養時,應切斷主電源并掛上標志牌。

九、嚴禁大小車及上下車三線同時使用。

十、控制器應逐步開動,不得將控制器手柄從順轉位置直接猛轉到反轉位置,應先將控制器轉到零位,再換反方向。

十一、堅持做到“十個不準吊”:

1、指揮信號不明或亂指揮不吊;

2、物體重量不清或超負荷不吊;

3、斜拉物體不吊;

4、重物上站人或浮置物不吊;

5、工作場地昏暗,無法看清場地、被吊物及指揮信號不吊;

6、工件埋在地下不吊;

7、工作捆綁、吊掛不牢不吊;

8、重物棱角處與吊繩之間未加墊襯不吊;

9、吊索具達到報廢標準或安全裝置失靈不吊;

10、重物超長未采取牽引措施不吊。

篇3:標準行車安全操作規則

指揮人員未離開吊運危險區域不吊

對于違反“十不吊”原則的操作,操作人員有權拒絕執行。

5.不得頻繁利用極限位置限位開關停車;不得在有載荷得情況下調整起升馬達的制動器,物件不得從人和重要設備得上空通過;給車輛吊運時,必須等車輛停靠平穩,裝卸人員離開車輛后方可進行;吊運散件時,必須試吊,平穩后方可吊運;所吊重物接近或達到額定起重能力時,吊運前應檢查馬達剎車系統,并用小高度,短行程試吊,再平穩地吊運。
