DUTIESANDRESPONSIBILITIES

?Preparebusinessplanandkeyaccountdevelopmentplan,increasemarketshareandachievesalestargetatassignedaccounts

?Visitaccounts,resolvecustomerproblems,andmakecustomerpresentationsasnecessary.

?Providetrainingtofieldsalespersonnel(repsanddistributors)asappropriate.

?ProvideperiodicreportsasrequiredbyManagement

?Participateintheevaluationofinsidesalespersonnel.Toconductthedesign-winactivitiesandachievethesalestarget

?Developrelationshipswithkeytechnicalandcommercialdecisionmakersatassignedaccountsinordertocapturedesign-winsandachievethebudgetedrevenue.

?Focuseffortsonkeyaccountsandopportunitiesthatrepresentthegreatestbusinesspotentialandofferthebestsolutiontothecustomers.

?Visitcustomersandhelpsolveexistingapplicationsissuesandproblemswiththesupportofengineers

REQUIREMENTS

?University/collegegraduated,majorinelectronicsorengineering

?5yearsworkexperience,with3yearssalesexperienceinTelecomPowerorrelatedindustry

?Knowledgeofstrategicsellingtechniquesanda"systemvs.price"approach.
