TheEngineeringManagerofElectronicsEngineeringwillberesponsibleforleadingateamofSystemsandElectricalEngineersinthedesignanddevelopmentofsystemsandelectricalworkproductsforautomotivemechatronicprojects.Inthisrole,theManagerwillleadtheelectronicengineeringdevelopmentteaminthedevelopmentofworldclassproductsolutionsincludingensuringAPQPprocessesareachievedon-timeandunderbudget.TheManagerwillbeprimarilyresponsibleforworkingdirectlywiththecustomersintheAPregionaswellasincooperationwiththeCompetencyManagersforSystems,ElectricalandSoftwareEngineering.TheManagerwillalsoberesponsiblefordepartmentbudgets,spending,employeedevelopment,andcustomersupportduties.

1、認真貫徹執行黨和國家及上級有關勞動保護、安全生產的方針政策、法令、規程、制度。對本企業的安全、職工的生命健康負總的責任,領導安全工作。

2、在計劃、布置、檢查、總結、評比工作的同時,計劃、布置、檢查、總結、評比安全工作。一年不得少于二次參加安全活動分析會。
