土地拓展主任崗位職責
職責描述:
1、完成各類房地產(chǎn)開發(fā)新項目的可行性研究報告編制工作,包括市場調(diào)研、可研報告及財務(wù)分析報告編制,跟進房地產(chǎn)項目招拍掛及合作項目洽談工作。
2、關(guān)注土地市場信息。按時編制土地市場信息報告。
任職要求:
1、大學本科或以上學歷,房地產(chǎn)、投資或經(jīng)濟等相關(guān)專業(yè);
2、至少2年以上房地產(chǎn)市場調(diào)研、投資經(jīng)驗,有較好的文字功底;
3、熟悉了解國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展趨勢,對政府房地產(chǎn)政策有清晰的判斷力,對國內(nèi)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展規(guī)劃有深入理解;
4、精通房地產(chǎn)項目前期開發(fā)、投資的有關(guān)流程;
5、有良好的人際關(guān)系維護能力和對外溝通能力;
6、敏銳快捷的市場反應(yīng)能力,良好的團隊合作精神,富有工作激情,有豐富的社會資源;
7、有同行業(yè)、同崗位工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮。
