II.ResponsibilityandAuthority

1.Collectandanalyzepotentialclientinformationandcompetitioninformation;

2.Effectivelycommunicatewithtargetclientbytelephone,visit,meeting,marketingeventsandotherapproachestounderstandcustomerneeds,lookforbusinessopportunities;

3.Supportthepreparationofpresentationmaterialsandproposaldocuments;

4.Collaboratewithinternaldepartmentstomeetclientneedsandmanageclientexpectations;

5.Maintainrelationshipwithexistingclientstoenhanceclientsatisfaction,explorerepetitivebusinessopportunities&cross-sellingopportunities;

6.TimelyinputandupdatebusinessinformationinCRMsystem,workoutcustomersalesstrategy,visitplanandexploitcustomerdemandsdeeply;

7.Achievepersonalsalestargetsandobjectives;

8.Completetasksasassignedbyleader.

III.EducationandExperience

1.CollegeDegreeorabove,morethan5yearsworkingexperiencesinsales,towardsmultinationalcompany,largelocalcompanyorE-Commercecompanyispreferred.

2.Asoundunderstandingofclientrequirements,markettrendandindustrialcompetitors

3.Excellentinterpersonalcommunicationskillswithbothclientsandinternaldepartments;

4.Goodpresentationskills;

5.MicrosoftofficeskillsincludingPPTproficiency;

6.GoodcommandofEnglish;

7.Responsible,self-motivated,positiveworkingattitudeandteam-workplayer.

土地拓展主任崗位職責

職責描述:

1、完成各類房地產開發新項目的可行性研究報告編制工作,包括市場調研、可研報告及財務分析報告編制,跟進房地產項目招拍掛及合作項目洽談工作。

2、關注土地市場信息。按時編制土地市場信息報告。

任職要求:

1、大學本科或以上學歷,房地產、投資或經濟等相關專業;

2、至少2年以上房地產市場調研、投資經驗,有較好的文字功底;

3、熟悉了解國內經濟發展趨勢,對政府房地產政策有清晰的判斷力,對國內區域經濟發展規劃有深入理解;

4、精通房地產項目前期開發、投資的有關流程;

5、有良好的人際關系維護能力和對外溝通能力;

6、敏銳快捷的市場反應能力,良好的團隊合作精神,富有工作激情,有豐富的社會資源;

7、有同行業、同崗位工作經驗優先考慮。
