機加工技術員蘇州優力克流體控制科技有限公司蘇州優力克流體控制科技有限公司,優力克職責描述:1、負責現場生產任務的執行情況的跟進、及現場生產管理和員工的紀律管理

(1)任何檢驗提出需要返工的及打磨的東西,如沒有特殊情況,必須當天完成,并需檢驗確認返工結果;

(2)要不停的糾正員工平時的不良習慣,包括:量具的擺放、工具的擺放、物料的擺放、現場衛生的整理、機床內部鐵屑的清理等;

(3)協助班長檢查現場員工尺寸記錄單的填寫情況,機床周邊不可以有跟正在加工產品不相關的工具、工裝、刀具、工單及其他文件;

(3)隨時檢查工作場所,對員工的紀律問題及時發現,并要當場指出并要求立即糾正;如遇到經常違反的現象,必須按照公司制度進行處理;

(4)協助班長對現場進行管理、員工紀律的監督工作等;

2、負責加工程序的調用、負責產品首件的調機、質量確認

(1)保證產品換型程序選用的正確性,確保產品首件調試順利完成

(2)監督調試人員和巡檢完成首件的尺寸測量工作,確保產品首件的合格

(3)負責產品加工異常問題的分析、處理

(5)及時對現場的NCR進行處理,并對問題進行分析,提高員工的質量意識

(6)對處理好的NCR進行跟蹤,一直到該問題處理完成

3、協助生產主管進行效率的提升和質量的改善

(1)根據生產現象,及時提出生產過程中的問題,并給出自己的建議,保證產品保質、保量的完成

(2)負責新產品量產、產品工裝準備和產品換線前的準備工作及按指定區域放置管理

(3)負責新樣品的打樣工作,完善打樣程序及該產品的加工注意細節

(4)協助工藝部完成工裝的管理定制擺放的工作

5、生產主管指派的其他工作任務

任職要求:在油汽API6A行業做過,加工中心NHM6300、數控機床PUMA600、400LC、加工中心HM805、數控機床PUMA405、無損探傷機CQE-15000、無損探傷機CJW-6000。
