MainDutiesandResponsibilities

ToassistinthedevelopmentoffuturechemistryandCivilEngineeringteachingexercises(includingdevelopingexercisesandidentifyingfieldlocations);

Toprovideassistanceonresearchprojects(includingliteraturesearchesandassistancewithanalyticaltest);

ToAssistsstudentsandstaffinthepreparationanduseofequipmentandtechniquesandadvisesonanyspecificaspectsofworkwithinCivilEngineeringandrelevantsubjects;

Tobeinvolvedinthedevelopment,testing,andconstructionofnewequipmentandtechniques.

Toprovideday-to-daymanagementofthelaboratory,includingsafelaboratorypractice;

土木工程技術員崗位職責

職責描述:

a.在園林項目總監的領導下完成工程項目的執行管理工作;

b.負責園林工程項目執行過程中與客戶的直接溝通,對所負責的園林工程項目全面負責;

c.負責園林工程項目的成本核算、供貨商選擇及采購工作;

d.按照園林設計圖紙及其要求完成工程項目的施工管理工作;

e.負責園林工程項目的進度情況,質量情況及其負責工程項目的竣工驗收工作;

f.負責園林工程項目的售后服務工作;

g.負責園林項目的款項催款及其付款流程的執行工作;

h.負責園林工程項目卷宗的編制整理和存檔工作;

i.負責反饋顧客對園林工程項目和服務的信息,并對工程中出現的問題進行評價和反饋;

j.負責顧客滿意度的問訊、調查。

任職要求:

a.建筑、風景園林、城市規劃、環境藝術等專業,大專及以上學歷;

b.從事相關專業工作3年以上;

c.具有北京市政二級建造師、一級建造師或園林工程師中級以上職稱可優先考慮;

d.掌握CAD制圖軟件,理解工程資料軟件,熟悉常用辦公軟件,熟練使用相關專業的儀器儀表;

e.具有較強的現場施工協調,技術指導能力;

f.具有良好的敬業精神、責任心強、吃苦耐勞,有極強的溝通協調能力及團隊合作意識。
