1、參與制定公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與年度經(jīng)營(yíng)計(jì)劃,組織制定并實(shí)施生產(chǎn)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃;

2、組織制定企業(yè)的年度生產(chǎn)管理、技術(shù)支持等工作計(jì)劃,并分解細(xì)化;

3、全面負(fù)責(zé)公司生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理工作并負(fù)責(zé)建立健全生產(chǎn)營(yíng)運(yùn)體系的相關(guān)制度流程及團(tuán)隊(duì)培養(yǎng)建設(shè);

4、負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的采購(gòu),維護(hù)及改善;

5、隨時(shí)掌握生產(chǎn)狀態(tài),協(xié)調(diào)各部門之間的溝通與合作,及時(shí)解決生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題;

6、負(fù)責(zé)處理生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中的重大問(wèn)題及難題;
