l.根據集團要求，制定和執行公司健康安全規章制度，推進工廠健康安全行為和準則。負責公司HS程序文件的內部審核及手冊中程序文件的更改。

2.組織全廠全員健康安全培訓。建立安全文化，通過宣傳、培訓、收集意見、監督糾正員工、承包商和訪客的安全行為等活動提高人員的安全意識

3.制定工廠應急預案并開展演練，負責工廠消防設施的檢查和測試，確保其足夠和有效。

4.負責承包商安全施工的資質審核、管理、培訓，進行安全審計和跟進。為公司員工和承包商辦理動火、登高、密閉空間作業許可證。

5.負責工廠職業安全健康的管理，識別有危害的環境，工序和行為。組織員工進行職業健康檢查。取得第三方職業健康控制評價報告和年度監督檢測報告。負責工廠相關安全健康法規符合性評估，及時改進不符合項，保證工廠正常運作。

篇2:項目經理職業健康安全職責

(1)是項目安全生產工作的第一責任人,對負責的工程項目的安全生產工作負全面責任。

(2)保證國家安全生產法規和企業安全生產規章制度在項目上貫徹落實,在編制施工計劃時,必須將安全防護設備、設施的實施同時納入計劃。

(3)負責按照國家和企業的有關規定,建立和完善項目安全生產管理和責任體系,并領導其有效運行。貫徹執行企業制定的安全生產管理目標,確保項目安全管理達標。

(4)組織對項目各類人員(包括自己)進行安全思想、安全知識和安全技術教育。

(5)組織項目安全生產檢查,落實安全事故隱患整改,保證生產設備、安全裝置、消防設施、防護器材和急救器具等處于完好狀態。

(6)建立項目應急救援組織。落實防火措施。

(7)及時報告項目發生的安全事故,負責安全事故現場保護和傷員救護工作,配合有關部門進行事故調查和處理。

(8)必須按時召開安全生產領導小組會議及項目安全生產例會,聽取各方面的匯報,分析安全生產狀況,定人、定措施、定時間落實各項安全生產隱患及事故地整改。詳細、及時、真實地做好會議記錄。

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor'sdegreeinchemistry,safety,engineering,environmentorequivalent;

2.AtleasttwoyearsexperienceinaEH&Smanagementposition.

3.Familiarwithformulabasedproduction.

4.ChinaEH&Slawandregulations.

5.Strongcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
