篇2:副總經理職業健康安全職責售樓部

⒈貫徹執行國家及地方政府有關法律、法規和政策,組織落實公司管理方針,掌握公司環境和職業健康安全動態,對公司環境和職業健康安全工作負主要領導責任。

⒉領導和支持職業健康安全管理部門開展職業健康安全監督檢查工作;督促、檢查本公司職業健康安全技術措施及職業健康安全技術措施費用使用計劃執行情況。

⒊擬定設置公司內部管理機構時按規定擬定設置環境、職業健康安全管理機構,明確管理的部門。

4.參加管理評審,對環境、職業健康安全管理和文明施工做出分析評價,提出改進措施和要求。

5.做好勞逸結合和女工保護工作。

6.主持工傷事故、重大未逐事故的調查分析,提出處理意見和改進措施,并督促實施。

1.認真貫徹執行勞動保護和職業健康安全生產的方針、政策、法令、法規和規章制度,組織建立、健全和完善本企業的各項職業健康安全生產管理規章制度和職業健康安全生產組織保證體系,對本企業職業健康安全負全面領導責任,是企業職業健康安全的第一責任者。2.組織制定和審批公司環境、職業健康安全管理規章制度。3.保證公司環境、職業健康安全所需的資金等資源的投入,以有效措施推動方針和目標的貫徹實施。4.領導和支持職能管理部門工作,賦予環境、職業健康安全管理部門權力,定期聽取環境、職業健康安全工作匯報。督促、檢查本公司的環境管理和安全生產工作,及時消除環境、職業健康安全事件/事故隱患。5.督促各項目部的職工做好本職范圍內的職業健康安全工作。6.組織、主持工傷事故及重大未遂事故的調查處理工作,督促落實防范措施。7.按國家有關規定設置職業健康安全機構,配備專職職業健康安全管理干部,支持職業健康安全管理部門和職業健康安全管理人員的工作。責任人簽字:日期:
