Thispersonisresponsibleforimprovingchannelpartners’abilitytosucceedwithHPPrintcontractualportfolio,includingHPLaserJet,HPPageWide,andSamsung-brandedprinterproducts.
PeopleintheseroleswillactastrustedadvisorsandchampionsforHP’stopchannelpartnersforserviceandsupportrelatedactivitiesinordertosupportHPproducts,suppliesandservicesgrowth,andpartnersuccessindeliveringbestinclassservicetotheircustomers.Peoplewillintegratetechnicalknowledgeandbusinessunderstandingtocreatesolutionsforchannelpartners.
Thesepositionswillbeinstrategicgeographicsites,closetopartnerstobesupported.TheywilloperateinclosepartnershipwiththeHPGlobalBusinessUnits,RegionMarketing,Salesteams,andHPCustomerSupportteams.
Responsibilities:
ProvideasinglepointofcontactforservicemanagersatmajorpartnersdeployingandsupportingHP’sChannelPartnerportfolio
Leadconsultingwithpartnerdeliveryteamsinplanning,delivering,andmanagingcomplexsupportdesign,deliver,andmanagedeliveryofofficeprintingsolutions.
Drivemonthly/quarterlyreviewswithpartners
Provideexpertconsultingonaspecifictechnology,application,serviceofferingormarketsegmentthroughproactivelymaintaininghigh-leveltechnical,operationalexpertiseandunderstandingofindustrytrendstodevelopchannelpartnerrelationship
Applydeepandbroadofficeprintingtechnicalbackgroundandknowledgeofcopierindustrytrendstomanagecriticalchannelpartnerrelationships
Anticipate,understandpartnersneedsfromHP
PromoteHPstrategiesforimprovingproductsserviceability,diagnostictools,SDSValueproposition

JobRequirements:
Education:
BachelorofScienceorMasterofSciencedegreeinEngineering,ComputerScience,ComputerEngineeringorsimilarfield,orequivalentexperience.MastersofBusinessAdministrationpreferred.
RequiredExperience:
5-10plusyearsofsupport,engineering,andtechnicalexperiencewithofficecopiersandofficeprintingproviders.Preferredtohaveadditionalexperiencewithscanners,printers,MFPs,andsimilarproducts.
Experienceworkingacrossorganizations.
Processimprovementandprocessimplementationexperience,especiallywithcomplex,distributedsystems.ProjectManagementProfessionalorLeanSigmaBlackBeltcertificationpreferred.
Relationshipmanagement
FluencyinEnglishandkeylocallanguagesrequired.

崗位職責:
1、認真貫徹總監下達的有關指示。
2、分派并督促各項經濟指標的落實情況,及時呈報經營狀況。努力學習業務知識,嚴格要求自己,模范執行各項規章制度。熟悉本管區的各項服務工作,不斷提高自身的管理水平,對工作要有高度的責任感。
3、負責所管轄范圍的日常管理工作,制定工作計劃,對屬下進行業務培訓。
4、檢查屬下崗位職責執行落實情況,每月進行評估,獎勤罰懶。
5、堅持勤巡查,現場督導,發現問題及時解決。
6、每周向娛樂總監匯報一周來的工作情況,發現問題及時報告。
7、根據本管區服務項目的特點和經營活動中的情況進行客源、客情分析。向總監提出整改意見。
8、每月上交"營業分析"報告,對所需物品要有計劃的提出申請。
素質要求:
有三年以上管理經驗,有很高娛樂業務能力,良好的心理素質,責任心強,大專文化程度。

崗位職責:
1、對總經理負責,主持部門全面工作,執行和落實上級有關指示,保證部門的工作運轉正常。

3、抓好員工隊伍思想教育工作,制定每年培訓大綱,落實獎懲制度。
