1.統(tǒng)計(jì)生產(chǎn)良率，提高公司量產(chǎn)質(zhì)量，保證質(zhì)量達(dá)標(biāo)并持續(xù)改進(jìn)，生產(chǎn)損耗不斷降低，良率不斷提高；

2.建立實(shí)施并不斷完善公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理體系，包括但不限于來(lái)料檢驗(yàn)反饋表、維修問(wèn)題反饋表、制程檢驗(yàn)反饋表、生產(chǎn)測(cè)試反饋表等，完善公司內(nèi)部/外協(xié)的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程文件管理；不斷更新和完善文件內(nèi)容；

3.加強(qiáng)和安排公司生產(chǎn)部門的維修及測(cè)試管理工作，規(guī)范維修及測(cè)試流程；制作并完善維修問(wèn)題反饋表，建立生產(chǎn)問(wèn)題可追溯體系，完善相對(duì)應(yīng)的料號(hào)和批次的管理，加強(qiáng)公司產(chǎn)品的維修能力和體系的完善，不斷提高和改善工藝生產(chǎn)水平；

4.對(duì)外協(xié)廠進(jìn)行明確的質(zhì)量要求并進(jìn)行監(jiān)督；和外協(xié)做首件產(chǎn)品確認(rèn)，并根據(jù)生產(chǎn)測(cè)試工程師的測(cè)試結(jié)果，不定期提出分析和對(duì)策，督促外協(xié)改善生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量，加強(qiáng)對(duì)外協(xié)商的考察和檢驗(yàn)；實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品流程可追溯；

5.處理客訴，及時(shí)響應(yīng)商務(wù)部門的質(zhì)量問(wèn)題；制定相關(guān)方案解決生產(chǎn)中出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量隱患；出具8D報(bào)告；

6.完善及優(yōu)化部門間溝通：通過(guò)聯(lián)系、協(xié)調(diào)各有關(guān)部門，掌握生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)對(duì)內(nèi)對(duì)外的情況，根據(jù)掌握的信息相應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)作業(yè)計(jì)劃并根據(jù)實(shí)際情況的變化做及時(shí)調(diào)整，推動(dòng)計(jì)劃的實(shí)施，充分利用生產(chǎn)資源，把產(chǎn)品及時(shí)保質(zhì)保量交給客戶；
