?Scope/Impact:Impactslong-term(annual)operationalsuccessofthefunction.Developsplansforstructuringandimplementingmajorinitiatives.MayhaveP&Lresponsibilityforsections/sub-functionsEstablishesoperationalobjectivesandworkplans,anddelegatesassignmentstosubordinatemanagers.Seniormanagementreviewsobjectivestodeterminesuccessofoperation.Involvedindeveloping,modifyingandexecutingcompanypoliciesthataffectimmediateoperations(s)andmayalsohavecompany-wideeffect.Erroneousdecisionswillresultincriticaldelay(s)inschedulesand/orunitoperationsandmayjeopardizeoverallbusinessactivities.

工作職責(zé):

1、負(fù)責(zé)擬定公司薪酬福利政策,建立并完善薪酬福利管理及員工績效管理體系,并組織實(shí)施。

2、負(fù)責(zé)組織各部門員工績效管理方案的宣導(dǎo)與培訓(xùn)工作;

3、負(fù)責(zé)組織實(shí)施各部門員工績效考核方案,并組織考核過程中的監(jiān)督和指導(dǎo);

任職要求:

教育背景:

◆人力資源、企業(yè)管理、管理學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè)大專(統(tǒng)招)以上學(xué)歷。

培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷:

◆受過現(xiàn)代人力資源管理技術(shù)、勞動(dòng)法律法規(guī)、合同法、管理技能開發(fā)等方面的培訓(xùn)。

經(jīng)驗(yàn):

◆至少3年以上工業(yè)企業(yè)人力資源管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),至少一年以上管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

技能技巧:

◆有人力資源項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃和實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn),具有扎實(shí)的人力資源管理理論基礎(chǔ);

◆熟悉國家相關(guān)法律法規(guī),有一定財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)知識(shí);

◆熟悉企業(yè)薪酬設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)操,有中型以上規(guī)模企業(yè)實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
