花雨中學教育處主任工作職責

(一)負責學生思想、政治、品德教育工作

1、制定學校學年、學期和階段性的學生思想政治教育計劃并組織實施;

2、審批年級組長、青保、班主任工作計劃,并檢查計劃落實情況;定期布置并檢查年級組、班主任工作,指導年級組和班主任開展思想教育工作。

3、參與共青團、少先隊、學生會的活動,指導他們開展工作。

4、組織安排好校班會,定期召開學生座談會,了解學生思想動向,聽取學生意見。

5、指導班主任做好學生的思想品德測評工作,負責學生操行鑒定檔案的管理工作。

6、組織學生進行學軍、學農、學工等社會實踐活動。

7、負責家委會的組建和學校與家委會的聯系協調工作,定期召開家委會和家長會。

8、負責協調社會各方面力量抓好學生的精神文明建設,建立學校、家庭、社會三結合的教育網絡,總結交流年級組長、班主任德育工作的經驗和方法。

9、注意培養學生良好的學習習慣、學習方法,經常了解學生的思想動態、學習情況,采取措施調動學生的學習主動性、積極性,形成刻苦、求實、創新的學風。

10、在職權范圍內,負責學生的獎懲審批工作。

(二)負責選拔、提高和考核評估德育工作隊伍

1、協助校長選配年級組長、班主任,每學年初提出人選推薦名單。

2、負責德育工作者進修培訓計劃的制定并督促檢查計劃的執行情況,抓好本校德育實驗和研究工作及其交流。

3、負責各類學生干部的培訓,統一安排和開展全校學生組織的各項活動。

4、負責年級組長、班主任的工作情況考核,提出對其工作的評估意見,推薦所屬人員的表彰名單。

(三)負責做好體衛工作

1、認真執行上級教育部門頒發的體鍛標準,明確保證學生每天一小時的體育活動時間。

2、協助體育教研室抓好全校廣播操,組織好每年一度的校運動會。

3、指導衛生室抓好衛生保健工作,抓好每天的眼保健操,督促衛生室抓好學生環境衛生及學生日常衛生常識的宣傳教育活動,養成良好個人衛生習慣,建立健全學生健康卡。

4、負責學生的寒暑假活動的安排,組織學生的各類突擊性活動。
