RequiredKnowledge&BasicQualification

?MusthavecomprehensiveunderstandingofQAoperationprocedure,knowledgeofQualityManagementSystems,ManagementInformationSystemProjectManagement,Qualityprogramexecutionwith3rdpartyandsupervisoryexperience.

?Bachelor’sDegreeinengineering/qualitymanagementorothertechnicalsciencesisrequired.

?5-8yearsworkingexperienceinthefieldofqualityassurance,managingvendorqualityassuranceactivitiesinwell-managedbuyingofficesorfactoriesandofwhich3+yearsinmanagementrole.

?Strongleadership,collaborationandprojectmanagementskills,withsolidexperienceleadingateamsizeof5+teammembers,leadingcrossfunctionalteamtodevelopandimplementqualitymanagementsystem,continuousimprovementandsalesreturnreductionproject,etc.

?SkilledworkingknowledgeoftotalqualitymanagementandcertifiedISO9000orTS16949internalauditor.

職責描述:

1.制程和出貨質量管理:檢驗標準的制定完善,巡檢規范和巡檢表的完善,制程異常跟蹤處理和結案

2.巡檢員和FQC檢驗員的培訓和工作安排

任職要求:

篇3:制程巡檢崗位職責任職要求

制程巡檢崗位職責

崗位職責

1、依據質量控制計劃,對賽拉弗一廠或二廠產線各工序生產現狀的合規性進行巡查;

2、車間6S檢查;

3、原材料核對;

4、車間焊接工序溫度點檢檢查、裁切室、固化室、清洗室及測試房溫濕度點檢檢查,層壓機等關鍵設備參數點檢檢查;

5、各工序作業員是否按照SOP標準作業檢查,作業員工作紀律檢查;

6、跨部門(倉庫,采購,生產部,設備)相關事件的處理;

7、對于改善措施的實施及改善效果進行跟蹤;

8、每日產線巡查報告及6S檢查報告,定期向上級及生產各部門反饋產線異常狀況;

9、協助上級及生產各部門應對突發質量事故和重大質量事故的應急處理、分析、整改;

10、上級安排的其他工作。

任職要求:

1、大專及以上學歷;

2、招應屆畢業生,有相關經驗優先;

3、男女不限,能適應12小時倒班制;

4、責任心強,能承擔較大壓力。
