PositionOverview:

TheAssociateOperationsManagerwillplayanimportantroleinUniversityOperationsteamtomanageDukeKunshanUniversitycampusservicesandprovidecontributiontotheUniversity’simplementationofnewstrategiesonservicestothecommunity.He/SheneedstosupporttheoperationsmanagertoleadandmanageOperations-CampusServicesteam,externalsuppliersaswellasserveasafocalpersonwithkeystakeholders/enduserswithintheUniversitytomakesureresourcesoftheUniversityarewellmanagedandrelatedservicesaredeliveredaccordingtoStandardOperationProcedures.

EssentialDuties:

TheAssociateOperationsManagerwillberesponsiblefordaytodayoperationsofcampusservices,suchascatering,cleaning,housing,landscaping,transportation,campusstore,conferenceandeventssupportservices,etc.Theseresponsibilitieswillprincipallyincludethefollowing:

1.ImplementUniversitystrategyoncampusservices,planandexecutionofUniversityoperations’processandprocedures,workwithoperationsmanagertomanageandimproverelatedpoliciesandSOPs

2.ManageservicevendorsbyconductingKPIassessment,servicestandardadjustmentandcosttracking&controltoensurerelatedservicesaredeliveredtocomplywithSLAand/orrelatedcontractualterms.

3.Interfacewithinternalusersandwellhandletheirrequests,establishandmaintainagoodandeffectivecommunicationwiththeinternalusers.

4.Overseethefollowingcampusservicesduringoffhours,includingbutnotlimitedtocleaning,catering,landscaping,transportation/campusfleet,campusstore,helpdesk,mailing&generalsupplies,spacemanagement,event&conferencesupport,universityassetmanagement.

5.Trackworkloadvolumes,measureservicelevelresponsesandsatisfactionfeedback.

6.Administratetherelevantdocumentsofcampusservicesandkeepalltherecordscompleteandwell-organized,producerelatedreports.

7.Taketheoperationsmanagementrolewhenoperationsmanagerisabsent.

8.Undertakeothertasksandresponsibilitiesasassigned.

9.Universityemployees'jobresponsibilitieswillcontinuetoexpandinscopeanddepthastheUniversitygrowsinsizeandcomplexityinitsprograms.

RequiredQualifications:

1.Auniversitydegreeinbusinessrelatedmajors,Master’spreferredbutnotrequired.Candidateswithoverseaeducationexperiencewillbeaplus.

2.8+yearsofworkexperienceinmanagingservice-orientedbusinessesorhavingamanagerialroleinfacilitymanagement.

3.Beflexibletoworkondifferentshifts.

4.Ableandwillingtoworkwithpeoplefromdifferentpartoftheworld.

5.Provenabilitytoeffectivelycoordinatemultipleprogramsandinitiatives.

6.Problemsolver,independentlearner,evenforareasthatarepreviouslynotfamiliarwith.

7.Demonstrateemployeedevelopmentandperformancemanagementskills.

8.ExcellentproficiencyinChineseandEnglish,bothverbalandinwriting.

崗位職責(zé)

協(xié)助餐飲總監(jiān)負(fù)責(zé)酒店的餐飲服務(wù)管理及出品管理的各項(xiàng)工作。

1、協(xié)助制定年度、月度營(yíng)業(yè)計(jì)劃,完成餐飲總監(jiān)交待的各項(xiàng)接待任務(wù)。

2、協(xié)助餐飲總監(jiān)制定促銷計(jì)劃,及市場(chǎng)分析。

3、檢查管理人員的工作程序,服務(wù)程序及各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度的執(zhí)行情況。發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題及時(shí)處理并匯報(bào)餐飲總監(jiān)。

4、協(xié)助控制食品和飲品的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),規(guī)格。加強(qiáng)食品原料及物品的管理。

5、定期召開專項(xiàng)會(huì)議(出品部,服務(wù)部)

6、抓好設(shè)備,設(shè)施的維修保養(yǎng)工作,加強(qiáng)日常管理,防止事故發(fā)生。

7、落實(shí)衛(wèi)生和安全保障工作,貫徹執(zhí)行飲食衛(wèi)生制度,確保各營(yíng)業(yè)場(chǎng)所、廚房、庫(kù)房的安全。

8、完成餐飲總監(jiān)交給的其它任務(wù),餐飲總監(jiān)不在時(shí),代行總監(jiān)職責(zé)。

崗位職責(zé)

1、巡視各餐廳、宴會(huì)廳、酒吧等的營(yíng)業(yè)及服務(wù)情況,指導(dǎo)、監(jiān)督日常經(jīng)營(yíng)活動(dòng)。

2、檢查各餐廳的衛(wèi)生、擺臺(tái)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、開餐用品,確保服務(wù)質(zhì)量和工作效率。

3、參加餐飲總監(jiān)主持的工作例會(huì),提出合理化建議,匯報(bào)各餐廳的經(jīng)營(yíng)情況。

4、做好各餐廳經(jīng)理的排班表,監(jiān)督各餐廳制定排班表,帶頭執(zhí)行酒店的各類規(guī)章制度。

5、發(fā)展良好的客戶關(guān)系,滿足客人的特殊需要,處理客人投訴。

6、與總廚密切聯(lián)系和合作,提出有關(guān)食品銷售建議,及時(shí)將客人要求反饋給廚師長(zhǎng),為食品原料的采購(gòu)和廚房出菜提供依據(jù)。

7、完成餐飲總監(jiān)交給的其它任務(wù)。
