-出席工地協(xié)調(diào)會，回應(yīng)客戶提出的問題和提出我方的要求；

-確定項目計劃和包含排產(chǎn)、運(yùn)貨期、清關(guān)、庫存、付運(yùn)、安裝、調(diào)試和移交在內(nèi)的進(jìn)度表；

-與客戶、設(shè)計師、顧問工程師、總包及機(jī)電分包協(xié)調(diào)；

-提交和確定施工方案；

-確定和減低可能對迅達(dá)集團(tuán)產(chǎn)生影響的風(fēng)險和危機(jī)；

1,制定機(jī)電工程施工技術(shù)規(guī)范和要求,包括具體施工項目的技術(shù)規(guī)范和要求。

2,負(fù)責(zé)培訓(xùn)、指導(dǎo)、檢查員工正規(guī)的作業(yè)方式方法。

3,編寫技術(shù)方案。

4,勘察項目現(xiàn)場,同客戶對接技術(shù)方面的溝通,提供材料清單以及人工。

2,針對二次配電,管道,設(shè)備安裝,暖通工程,潔凈室工程等有關(guān)聯(lián)工作經(jīng)驗,必須精通電氣。

3,電腦辦公自動化常用軟件精通,比如Word,Excel,PPT,CAD等。

4,有建造師證或機(jī)電注冊工程師證優(yōu)先錄用,如有駕照者佳。
