Requirements:

-Minimumof3yearsexperiencedeliveringAppliedBehaviorAnalysisservices,orRBTtrainingsandothercompanyin-servicesandtrainingsasdirectedbyemploymentsupervisor.

篇2:（副）應用行為分析師工作職責與職位要求

職位描述：

工作職責:

負責制定并執行個別化教育計劃課程（IEP），記錄并及時匯報課程進展情況；利用應用行為分析法（ABA）對自閉癥兒童進行治療；定期回顧課程進展情況，適時根據課程、治療進展和家長目標調整治療方案；涉及康復中心培養體系搭建工作，包括評級體系、培訓師評定、晉級、認證等全過程的督導工作；為初級分析師、相關老師和自閉癥兒童家長提供培訓和指導。

職位要求:

1.注冊應用行為分析師（BCBA）、注冊副應用行為分析師（BCaBA）；

2.本科及以上學歷，應用行為分析、教育學、心理學等相關專業；

3.3年以上相關工作經驗。
