ProvideE2ELegal,Tax,StatutorysupportforentitySG80andTW10.

ManageLocalCountrySingapore(SG80)andTaiwan(TW10)StatutoryAudit,StatutoryAccountFilingandComplianceSupport

PrepareannualsetoffinancialstatementsandapplicablenotesinaccordancewiththelocalSingaporeandTaiwanaccountingstandards

On-goingstatutoryaccountingreviewsandbookingofadjustmentsandreclassificationsneededtocomplywithlocalaccountingandtaxlaws;

Preparemonthly/quarterlyfiscalprofitandlossanalyticalreview,includingreconciliationofmanagementvs.statutoryaccounting
