JobDescription:Officer,HumanResources

TheOfficer,HumanResourceswillberesponsibleforday-to-dayexecutionoftheHumanResourcesDivisionactivitiesincludingbutnotlimitedtoon-boardingofnewstaffmembers,payrolladministration,benefitsadministration,HRISadministration(humanresourcesrecords,attendancerecords,leaveandovertimerecords),etc.,asperthepoliciesandprocessesoftheBank.TheOfficer,HumanResourceswillbereportingtotheChief,HumanResources.

Specificresponsibilitiesincludebutnotlimitedto:

Manageend-to-endon-boardingofthenewstaffmembersintheBank.Assistininductionprogramforthenewstaffmembers.

Performday-to-dayerrorfree,ontimepayrollandbenefitsadministrationandprocessingfunctionwhileensuringcompliancewithallpolicies,guidelinesandprocessesoftheBank.Ensuretimelydata,includingaddition,deletionorchanges,isprovidedtothepayrollandbenefitsvendorasperthecutoffdates.

MaintainrecordsofstaffmembersintheBank’shumanresourcesinformationsystem.

MaintaindocumentationforallbenefitsprovidedbytheBank.

Gather/collateallqueriesfromtheinternalstakeholdersonpayrollandbenefitsandaddress/resolvethemappropriately.

Maintainpersonalfilesandrecordsofstaffmembersonaconfidentialbasis.

PrepareperiodicstandardisedreportsasrequiredbytheChief,HumanResources.

Liaisewiththemedicalinsurance,retirementplanvendorforenrollmentanddisbursals,providewithandgatheralltheformsandinformationrequiredfromtheinternalstakeholders.

Prepareemploymentcertificates,addressprooflettersandotherrelateddocuments.

Assistintheofferlettersextension,asperthepoliciesandprocessesoftheBank

Assistinemployeerelationsandemployeeengagementactivitiesfromtimetotime.

AssistindevelopmentandimplementationofHRpoliciesandprocessesoftheBank.

Ensurethatallhumanresources,includingnewstaffmembers,areawareoftheHRpoliciesandprocessesoftheBank.

Assistinoff-boardingprocessofstaffmembers.

AssistinrecruitmentactivitiesoftheBankfromtimetotime.

Otherdutiesandresponsibilitiesassignedfromtimetotime.

Positionrequirements

Minimumof3yearsofrelevantprofessionalexperience.

Hands-onexperienceinoneormoreHRrelatedareasofHRprocessesadministration,payrollmanagement,employeerelations,HRinternalservices,etc.

Abilitytoworkwithindividualsfromdifferentculturalbackgroundsfosteringaclimateofteamworkandcollaboration.

Goodworkingknowledgeofprocedures,formatsandstandardsrelevantintheperformanceofresponsibilities.

Provenexperienceinworkingunderstrongdeadlines.

Problem-solving,communication,conflictmanagementandinterpersonalskillswithhighresilienceanddriveinachievingobjectivesandgoals.

ProvenabilitytocommunicateeffectivelyinEnglish(writtenandverbal).

Bachelor’sDegreefromareputeduniversitypreferablyinHumanResources.

上級:餐飲總監

下級:餐飲部經理、中、西總廚

崗位職責

協助餐飲總監負責酒店的餐飲服務管理及出品管理的各項工作。

1、協助制定年度、月度營業計劃,完成餐飲總監交待的各項接待任務。

2、協助餐飲總監制定促銷計劃,及市場分析。

3、檢查管理人員的工作程序,服務程序及各項規章制度的執行情況。發現問題及時處理并匯報餐飲總監。

4、協助控制食品和飲品的標準,規格。加強食品原料及物品的管理。

5、定期召開專項會議(出品部,服務部)

6、抓好設備,設施的維修保養工作,加強日常管理,防止事故發生。

7、落實衛生和安全保障工作,貫徹執行飲食衛生制度,確保各營業場所、廚房、庫房的安全。

8、完成餐飲總監交給的其它任務,餐飲總監不在時,代行總監職責。

素質要求:

與餐飲總監要求相同。

崗位職責

1、巡視各餐廳、宴會廳、酒吧等的營業及服務情況,指導、監督日常經營活動。

2、檢查各餐廳的衛生、擺臺標準、開餐用品,確保服務質量和工作效率。

3、參加餐飲總監主持的工作例會,提出合理化建議,匯報各餐廳的經營情況。

4、做好各餐廳經理的排班表,監督各餐廳制定排班表,帶頭執行酒店的各類規章制度。

5、發展良好的客戶關系,滿足客人的特殊需要,處理客人投訴。

6、與總廚密切聯系和合作,提出有關食品銷售建議,及時將客人要求反饋給廚師長,為食品原料的采購和廚房出菜提供依據。

7、完成餐飲總監交給的其它任務。
