A.Trialactivities:
·PrepareannotatedCRFs/e-CRFsasnecessary
·Develop,validate,document,andmaintainsoftwarerequiredtoconductorsupportdatamanagementrelatedactivitiesprimarilyinthecontextofclinicaltrials,projectsorprograms,suchasprogramsfordataextractsfromOracletoSASdatasets,DQSP’s,PatientProfiles,requiredreportsorlistingsorfigures,creationofdefine.xmlandconversionprogramstoSDTM(includingmodificationsduringTrialConduct),ifapplicableandundersupervisionofLineManagement,performsurveillanceofabovementionedprogrammingactivitieswhenconductedbyin-sourcedstafforstaffworkinginoff-shores
·ProvideinputintoCRFspecifications,datatransferspecifications,databasedesign,andquerycheckspecificationsthroughreviewofprotocol,CRF,thedatamanagementplan,datamanagementreport,datavalidationplan,anddataqualitysurveillanceplan,whateverisapplicable
·RunDQSPs,editchecks,reportsorlistingsanddataextractsonclinicaldataaccordingtotimelinescommunicatedbytheTrialDataManagerifneeded
·PerformelectronicdataloadsintoOracle,downloadsfromOracletoSASdatasetsandstoreSASdatasets(includingCROdeliverables)intheappropriatestoragelocationintheSASenvironment
·Providerelevantdocumentationanddataforarchiving
·Assign/restrictaccessrightstoclinicaltrialdatabases
·Lock/unlockdatabasesasrequested
B.Nontrialactivities:

上級:餐飲總監
下級:餐飲部經理、中、西總廚
崗位職責
協助餐飲總監負責酒店的餐飲服務管理及出品管理的各項工作。
1、協助制定年度、月度營業計劃,完成餐飲總監交待的各項接待任務。
2、協助餐飲總監制定促銷計劃,及市場分析。
3、檢查管理人員的工作程序,服務程序及各項規章制度的執行情況。發現問題及時處理并匯報餐飲總監。
4、協助控制食品和飲品的標準,規格。加強食品原料及物品的管理。
5、定期召開專項會議(出品部,服務部)
6、抓好設備,設施的維修保養工作,加強日常管理,防止事故發生。
7、落實衛生和安全保障工作,貫徹執行飲食衛生制度,確保各營業場所、廚房、庫房的安全。
8、完成餐飲總監交給的其它任務,餐飲總監不在時,代行總監職責。

崗位職責
1、巡視各餐廳、宴會廳、酒吧等的營業及服務情況,指導、監督日常經營活動。
2、檢查各餐廳的衛生、擺臺標準、開餐用品,確保服務質量和工作效率。
3、參加餐飲總監主持的工作例會,提出合理化建議,匯報各餐廳的經營情況。
4、做好各餐廳經理的排班表,監督各餐廳制定排班表,帶頭執行酒店的各類規章制度。
5、發展良好的客戶關系,滿足客人的特殊需要,處理客人投訴。
6、與總廚密切聯系和合作,提出有關食品銷售建議,及時將客人要求反饋給廚師長,為食品原料的采購和廚房出菜提供依據。
7、完成餐飲總監交給的其它任務。
