職責描述：
崗位職責
1.參與需求交流，進行系統的軟件需求分析和技術選型，并配合撰寫相應的軟件需求文檔和設計文檔；2.根據系統設計文檔以及編碼規范，完成軟件系統各模塊的軟件編碼以及單元測試工作；
2.閱讀相關文檔和源代碼，參與新技術和系統的研究開發
3.負責JAVA后臺及Spring開發設計，參與核心架構部分代碼實現和難題攻關；
4.優化系統，提升系統性能和承載能力，與其它系統進行集成聯調；
5.系統性能優化，保證平臺和負責的模塊的安全、穩定、快速運行；
6.充分溝通協調，協助提升團隊整體技術實力；
職位要求
1.具有面向對象分析、設計、開發能力，精通OO、AOP、設計模式、有很強的學習能力。
2.3年以上工作JAVA開發經驗，具有深厚的專業技術基礎，熟悉Spring、Mybatis、SpringMvc、Struts等開源框架；
3.熟悉SpringCloud、Springboot等框架，有多線程、高可用設計與研發經驗者優先；
4.參與過linux開源項目者優先考慮；
5.本科以上學歷，計算機專業，3年以上后臺開發工作經驗；熟悉Unix/Linux操作系統，精通Java/C++開發語言，熟悉面向對象開發方法；熟悉socket網絡編程。
