Role&Responsibilities

Thecandidate’smainjobincludes,butnotlimitedto,softwarerequirementsanalysis,softwaredesignanddevelopment,documentation,andtechnicalissuetroubleshooting,inanagilefashionandunderthescrumteamstructure.ThecandidateisexpectedtohaveexperienceandknowledgeinalltheaspectofsoftwareproductdevelopmentincludingQAandsupport.AsuccessfulcandidateshallalsobeskillfulatprovidingtechnicallevelcommunicationstocustomersandCiscocrossfunctionalteamsateffectivemanner,inbothChineseandEnglishlanguage.Thecandidatemustbeself-motivatedandactasaleadingexampletootherteammembers.

1.負責公司產品的測試工作,APP(Android、IOS)客戶端軟件;

2.根據軟件設計需求制定測試方案、熟悉軟件測試流程和規范,熟悉軟件測試方法和策略,能根據需求和設計文檔獨立的編寫測試用例和測試計劃;

3.負責構建測試環境,能熟練使用各類測試工具;

4.準確編寫用戶操作手冊、軟件配置說明及相關技術文檔;

3.熟悉壓力測試方法,熟悉數據分析方法以及各種自動化測試工具;

4.團隊管理經驗,有較強的邏輯分析能力,善于總結歸納;

5.性格積極主動,具有較好的溝通協調能力;

項目開發為JAVA開發語言/高并發、高性能,高可用/千萬級用戶項目測試經驗/電商行業經驗豐富
