職位描述：

崗位職責：

1.參與零售培訓體系的梳理和搭建；

2.執行年度、月度培訓計劃并協助職能部門參與開發培訓課件；

3.終端人員的培訓課程實施（包括店長、導購等所有層級人員）；

4.跟進店鋪培訓效果，不斷改進/完善，確保店面整體水平得到提升；

5.定期巡店指導，現場進行指導與帶教。

崗位要求：

1、本科以上學歷，服裝相關類專業優先；

2、對零售行業有熱情和興趣；

3、良好的溝通能力，語言表達能力及語言感染力，親和力，良好的邏輯思維能力。
