崗位職責:
1.參與零售培訓體系的梳理和搭建;
2.執行年度、月度培訓計劃并協助職能部門參與開發培訓課件;
3.終端人員的培訓課程實施(包括店長、導購等所有層級人員);
4.跟進店鋪培訓效果,不斷改進/完善,確保店面整體水平得到提升;
5.定期巡店指導,現場進行指導與帶教。
崗位要求:
1、本科以上學歷,服裝相關類專業優先;
2、對零售行業有熱情和興趣;
3、良好的溝通能力,語言表達能力及語言感染力,親和力,良好的邏輯思維能力。
