崗位職責:

1.根據培訓需求,完善零售培訓課程內容;

2.制定培訓計劃,并按計劃開展課堂及店鋪培訓;

3.跟進及考核店鋪培訓的結果。

任職要求:

1.25-35歲,性別不限,本科及以上學歷,經驗豐富者學歷可放低到大專;

2.性格熱情open,有零售行業銷售經驗或培訓經驗者優先;

3.良好的語言表達及溝通能力,抗壓能力強,能適應出差;

4.熱愛零售行業,具有良好的服務意識及合作精神。
