職位描述

該職位為SKF國(guó)際培訓(xùn)生職位,員工入職后,在SKF中國(guó)和SKF歐洲會(huì)有為期一年左右的培訓(xùn).

需要機(jī)械專業(yè)或者交通院校相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士畢業(yè),工作1-2年,英語(yǔ)流利

篇3:制造培訓(xùn)生崗位職責(zé)任職要求

制造培訓(xùn)生崗位職責(zé)

職責(zé)描述:

1.根據(jù)客戶所在行業(yè),客戶需求以及目標(biāo)職位的分析,擬定一套完善的用人尋訪目標(biāo)公司和候選人尋訪方案;

2.執(zhí)行尋訪計(jì)劃,篩選和面試候選人,初步甄別候選人與目標(biāo)職位的匹配度;

3.溝通候選人的職位意向,職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展規(guī)劃;

4.撰寫候選人的人才推薦報(bào)告,推薦候選人;

5.協(xié)調(diào)客戶公司與候選人的面試安排,跟進(jìn)面試的進(jìn)展和及時(shí)反饋面試過程的問題;

6.提供候選人背景調(diào)查,輔助候選人的離職;

7.對(duì)客戶與候選人的后續(xù)跟蹤與反饋。

任職要求:

1.統(tǒng)招本科或碩士學(xué)歷,性別不限,專業(yè)不限;

2.適應(yīng)力強(qiáng),穩(wěn)定性好,愿意在中高級(jí)人才推薦行業(yè)長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展;

3.溝通技巧和客戶服務(wù)技巧良好;
