制造培訓生崗位職責
職責描述:
1.根據客戶所在行業,客戶需求以及目標職位的分析,擬定一套完善的用人尋訪目標公司和候選人尋訪方案;
2.執行尋訪計劃,篩選和面試候選人,初步甄別候選人與目標職位的匹配度;
3.溝通候選人的職位意向,職業生涯發展規劃;
4.撰寫候選人的人才推薦報告,推薦候選人;
5.協調客戶公司與候選人的面試安排,跟進面試的進展和及時反饋面試過程的問題;
6.提供候選人背景調查,輔助候選人的離職;
7.對客戶與候選人的后續跟蹤與反饋。
任職要求:
1.統招本科或碩士學歷,性別不限,專業不限;
