Theroleisleadingand/orperformingallqualityrelatedactivitiesandworkproductsasdefined.Preventfailuresandcontinuouslyimproveourproducts/systems/processesinordertoensurecustomersatisfaction.

QMP:

1.ProjectManagement

a)DuringtheFeasibilityReview,theQMPisresponsibleforanalyzingallCustomerQualityrequirements,andinputsresultsintothequoteprocessandthrough-outthePLCprocess

b)DevelopandmaintainProjectQualityPlantoassureflawlesslaunches

c)Activelypursuingthattherequiredmethodsinaprojectareimplementedandappliedcorrectlyintimeandwithgoodquality

d)EnsurethatSpecialCharacteristicsarelinkedbetweendocumentssuchasD-FMEA,P-FMEA,ControlPlans,Flowcharts,Specifications,Drawings,etc.

e)Review/approvequalificationplanwithteam(designvalidation,processvalidation)inordertoensureproductreliabilityandcompliancewithinternalandexternalrequirements

2.Customerqualitymanagement

a)Driveproblemsolvingduringdesigndevelopment,testing,customercomplaints,andissue8DreportduringprojectR&Dphase.

b)CoordinatePPAP(ProductionPartApprovalProcess)activitiesandsubmitreporttocustomerforapproval

c)Prepareandparticipateincustomerauditsandvisits.

d)Supportissuefindingorrootcauseanalysisforthereturnpartsfromfield.

3.KPIreportingandescalation
