KeyResponsibilities

1.Developandimprovethedealerarchitecturaldesignofpermanentmanagementsystems,auditprocessestoensureprojectmanagementcompanyrelatedfacilitiesinaccordancewithdesignworkrequiredtocomplete;

制定、完善經銷商永久性建筑設計管理制度、審核流程，確保項目管理公司能夠按照要求完成相關設施設計工作；

2.Developandimprovethelogisticsrequiredforpermanentbuildingssupplierselection,managementandevaluationsystemsandlogisticsmanagementprocesses,materialssupplierstoachievetherationalmanagementoftheconstructionoffacilitiestoensurethematerialsupplytomeettime,qualityrequirements;

制定、完善經銷商永久性建筑所需物流供應商選擇、管理、考核制度及物流供應管理流程，實現對物料供應商的合理管理，確保物料供應滿足設施建筑時間、質量要求；

3.Develop,improvedealerfacilitiesauditprocess,allthedealersberegularlyauditedthebrandfacilities,andtheformationofthereporttomanagementonthenetworkdevelopmentdepartment;

制定、完善經銷商設施審核工作流程，定期對所有經銷商品牌設施進行審核工作，并形成報告向網絡發展部管理層匯報；

4.Develop,improvedealerfacilitiesauditincentivemeasurestoensuredealersleadingfacilitiesintheindustrytomeetthebrandstandards;

制定、完善經銷商設施的審核獎懲措施，確保經銷商設施處于行業領先水平，滿足品牌形象標準

篇2:停車場交通設施經理崗位職責范本

2.部門經理代表公司對工程項目全面負責。

Responsibilities:

1.帶領PM&FA團隊

Setup/supervise/managePM&FAcrew;

2.設備停機率小于等于5%--審核制定并監督部門PM計劃,人員多技能培訓,設備改造

downtimecontrol≤5%,establishandcheckthePMplan,plantodocrosstrainingfortechnician.plantoservicetheequipment.

3.安全培訓,安全宣傳,現場巡視

4.維修費用降低25%

5.消防驗收–與設計院/施工單位/消防大隊配合好,逐步完成
