1.承擔(dān)咨詢項(xiàng)目實(shí)施的主要人員角色，在項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理安排和指導(dǎo)下開展咨詢工作；

2.負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目組所需的資料收集工作，并根據(jù)項(xiàng)目需求提煉有效的項(xiàng)目信息；

6.參與標(biāo)桿企業(yè)研究，完成數(shù)據(jù)收集與分析工作；

7.參與銷售前段的項(xiàng)目建議書撰寫等商務(wù)工作；

8.完成公司交代的其他工作與任務(wù)。

職位要求：

1.學(xué)歷要求：985、211高校本科及以上學(xué)歷，碩士和MBA優(yōu)先；

2.專業(yè)要求：物流等相關(guān)專業(yè)，或者掌握Matlab/遺傳算法/模擬退火算法/智能優(yōu)化算法；

3.工作經(jīng)歷：優(yōu)秀應(yīng)往屆畢業(yè)可申請，具有咨詢公司或市場研究公司實(shí)習(xí)或工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；

4.核心勝任力：具備較強(qiáng)的分析與解決問題的能力、表達(dá)與溝通協(xié)作的能力、邏輯思維能力、良好的文字功底以及學(xué)習(xí)能力等。
