崗位職責：

1.負責SAP的SRM模塊相關項目實施和優化等相關工作，如：業務調研，業務需求分析，制定業務藍圖，系統配置，權限設計、程序功能說明、配置文件和業務操作手冊等的編寫，業務流程架構優化和改善；

2.負責相關模塊的實施上線,功能測試；

3.負責用戶培訓,應用問題解決和指導等；

4.負責上線后維護支持工作，問題處理，確保系統穩定可靠、業務流暢運行

崗位要求要求：

1.熟練掌握SAPSRM或MM業務知識，熟悉電子行業離散制造企業業務流程；

2.有制造行業采購、庫存經驗，熟悉制造業生產、計劃、物料采購與倉庫、供應鏈管理等流程,有外協廠實施經驗優先考慮

3.出色的溝通協作能力，以客戶需求為導向，能承受較大的工作壓力.

4.至少3個完整的SAP的SRM或MM模塊相關實施項目經驗,5年以上SAP的SRM或MM咨詢顧問經驗;

5.具有SAPPA認證的優先考慮；具有開發經驗的優先考慮；

6.能夠了解掌握多個模塊（如WM/QM/PP）者優先

崗位職責:

1.協助客戶完成IT運維管理流程的規劃、設計、運維與質量控制,包括:

a)制定IT運營管理規劃;

b)變更、發布、容量性能管理等流程優化需求管理及電子化實施過程的管控,持續改進;

c)事件、問題、變更、配置、業務連續性等領域的制度、辦法、流程規范的制定;

d)IT運維管理流程的日常運維管理和質量控制;

e)推動IT運營管理體系的落地執行,定期對運營管理數據進行分析,及協助組織定期的檢查和審計,發現潛在風險推動改進提升。

2.相關IT運營重要工作任務的實施。

?任職要求:

1.大學本科以上學歷,計算機科學、IT治理、信息管理、信息安全、通信、軟件工程、項目管理、自動控制等相關專業;

2.工作年限5-8年,3年以上IT相關工作經驗;

3.年齡35歲以下。

?能力要求:

1.熟悉大型企業IT運營戰略管理模式,在大型企業ITIL管理和項目管理3年以上工作經驗,主持過3個及以上的IT管理咨詢類項目或擔任過ITIL流程經理至少2年;

2.熟悉ITSM/ITIL/ISO20000/DevOps等體系標準,有大型企業IT運營管理經驗者優先,對于主流IT技術有一定了解,有ITIL/DevOps證書優先;

3.具備清晰的邏輯思維和推理能力,良好的系統分析、解決問題能力,較強的工作推動力;

4.有良好的領悟力,能夠主動、及時的與客戶進行溝通,了解客戶需求;

5.富有創新精神,性格開朗,善于溝通。
