Responsibilities

1.ResponsibleforTier1applicationsupportforthegroupapplications

2.ResponsibleforQlikSenseandNPrintingreportingsystemdesign,developmentandsupports

3.ResponsibleforQlikSenseandNprintingserverdailysupportandmaintenance

4.PlanandexecuteBIreportingprojectbyacquiringuserrequirement,workingwithinternalstakeholdersanddeliveringdashboardsandreports

5.Conductbusinessrequirementanalysisandsuggestsuitablereportlayout/formatsincludinginteractiveandstaticreports

6.Participateinallaspectsofsolutiondesign,Analyzethesystembugandrequirement.Raisetheideaforsystemenhancementsolution.

7.Understandtheprojectmanagementflow,assisttheprojectmanagerforthesystemdebug.Verifythescopeofworkprovidedtoyouisinlinewiththeestimateddeliverytimeline,provideaccuratestatusupdates,andimmediatelynotifycomplextechnicalissuesthePM.

8.ReviewITSystems,keepdocumentationupdated&engagestakeholdersregularlytoreviewandapplybestpractice

9.Workwithcorrespondinguserstotestandensuretheaccuracyandintegrityofresults

10.Managethedevelopmentwithsoftwarevendorwithintightbudgetandtimeline

系統分析專員崗位職責

職責描述:

1、進行用戶需求分析、優化、明確用戶需求,編寫需求規格說明書、需求開發計劃等;

2、根據業務需求進行原型設計,對開發、測試、用戶等不同的受眾進行有針對性的溝通;

3、收集和跟蹤用戶反饋,進行需求變更管理;幫助項目進行跨部門的資源協調,保持開發商、客戶的良好溝通;

4、協調項目開發進度,推進各項目按進度順利完成;

5、能夠針對項目突發狀況做出合理預判并制定有效解決方案;針對系統中發生的case,有針對性的協調解決;

6、對公司IT相關文檔進行歸納整理;

7、能完成主管所安排的工作,對于所發現的問題及時和主管進行溝通。

任職要求:

1、1年或以上工作經驗,對客戶管理、訂購流程有一定的了解;

2、大專或以上學歷,信息工程管理或相關專業,有項目管理經驗者優先,英文熟練者優先考慮;

3、熟悉Windows系統和JIRA管理軟件;

4、有良好的溝通能力,組織協調能力和問題處理能力。
