ExperienceandEducationRequired:

清關代表崗位職責
崗位職責:
·及時通知收件方有關貨物被暫扣海關的信息。
·依據客戶需要,提供正確合理的清關建議以供客戶參考。
·審核相應的報關單證。
·清關過程中,及時把每票快件的清關進展錄入T+T系統,更新該快件的動態信息。
·主動定期復核、盤點扣關貨物清單,及時發現異常情況,跟進解決。
·確保進口清關準備工作的準確無誤,并且需要時及時提出修改意見。

·聯系客戶收取關稅,確保及時交納與記錄關稅。
·解決爭端或者在技術層面上給客戶提供建議。
·保持全面透徹的清關操作程序方面的知識。
·解決客戶和前線部門的業務查詢,傳達海關、檢驗檢疫部門的最新信息。
·指派的其他工作任務。
·根據公司業務需要,可能會有一定的中班、晚班的輪班任務。
任職要求:
·大專以上學歷
·良好的英語溝通能力,包括口語及書面。
·良好的電腦水平,熟練掌握辦公軟件
·1-2年的操作經驗,從事國際貿易和物流行業,進口清關經驗優先.
·具備責任感,以及快速的思考和行動能力
·電腦技能:證明能夠熟練使用電腦和相關軟件
·溝通技巧:說和寫,能夠有效的與客戶和同事溝通
·打字技能:快速打字,并保持準確性
