壓縮機研發崗位職責

職責描述:

1、負責汽車空調壓縮機的研發,設計機械、控制、方案設計,對零部件進行理論設計與計算、驗證等;

2、研發新系列汽車空調壓縮機,對外購件、外協加工件進行選型設計或工藝設計、積極與供應商進行溝通,保證選型最優,合理控制采購、加工成本;

3、制作產品BOM表、清單,編寫設備裝配/操作/安裝說明書等,積極配合設備加工、安裝、調試等工作;

4、對現有系列產品/設備進行優化設計,或參與技術優化和設備升級改造等;

5、對設備圖紙和文檔資料進行管理;

6、進行專利技術交底文件撰寫;

崗位要求:

1、具備兩年以上機電相關專業工作經驗,本科以上學歷優先考慮;

2、熟悉機械設計、機械原理、自動控制、熱泵系統等結構理論和原理;

3、具有良好的機電一體化設計經驗者優先考慮;

4、熟悉辦公軟件、CAD繪圖和三維建模等;

4、機電、自動化等專業畢業;

5、工作積極主動,有較強的學習能力,能夠迅速的接受新事物;

6、有汽車空調壓縮機研發經驗者優先考慮。
